Human growth hormone, also called somatotropin, is a protein hormone of 190 amino acids (building blocks of protein) that is created and secreted by the anterior pituitary gland. It has two types of effects, both of which are highly beneficial to the vital, active human body. One main type of action of the HGH is its direct effects on other kinds of cells. The growth hormone binds to its receptor on target cells, then creates some particular action. Fat cells, for example, are the target cells of HGH, so they have growth hormone receptors. Once bonded there, the growth hormone causes them to break down triglyceride and suppresses their ability to take up and accumulate circulating lipids — in other words, fat storage is prevented!HGH also acts to create other indirect effects in the body by causing secretion of IGF-1, an insulin-like growth factor hormone. IGF-1 is secreted from the liver and other tissues in response to growth hormone. This is the action that governs mostly growth-related effects of HGH.This same effect is also the power behind muscle growth. It stimulates both the differentiation and proliferation of muscle cells, stimulates amino acid uptake and synthesizes protein in muscle and other tissues. This is where HGH’s ability to influence overall muscle and skin tone comes from.Growth hormone has important effects on:* Protein metabolism: HGH causes increased amino acid uptake, increased protein synthesis and decreased oxidation of proteins.* Fat metabolism: HGH enhances the utilization of fat — gives your body the ability to break down fat cells more efficiently.* Carbohydrate metabolism:HGH is one of several hormones that maintain blood sugar within a normal range.Because of the abilities of HGH mentioned above, you can soon see that without it, muscle tone declines, fat stubbornly sits in the body and resists metabolism, and hair, skin and nails (all composed of proteins) deteriorate. In fact, scientists now believe that HGH has a role in most healthy functions of the body, including sexual function, proper operation of stomach and bowels, liver, and all glandular systems.Whether HGH is directly interacting with certain cells, or playing its key part in the correct function of other bodily systems, it’s essential throughout the body for youthful vigor and health.Problem is, HGH augmentation has traditionally been a benefit reserved for the super-rich: until now, only injections of HGH could have an effect in the body, and at a cost of thousands of dollars per treatment.More recently, pharmaceutical companies and natural supplement companies have fine-tuned the science of HGH stimulation in the body by means of a Growth Hormone releaser. That is, by natural means, the body can be stimulated to produce and release its own HGH, increasing levels to those of a youthful, vital person. One such supplement is GenF20, a supplement from a quality manufacturer. Their product works by using a formula to trigger and stimulate the pituitary gland to produce and secrete more HGH itself. The HGH goes into your body just as nature intended, in other words, through the glandular system — just as it did when you were in your 20s. You see, it is not possible to just make an HGH supplement that would enter the bloodstream by other means than injection, because the HGH molecule is too large to pass through the walls of the digestive system, for instance. But with a "releaser" or stimulator product, your body does the HGH producing itself.GenF20 HGH works by revitalizing the function of the pituitary gland to deliver more growth hormone. Every amount of growth hormone replacement has significant effects — substantially rebuilding and revitalizing all organs of the body. Everything just works better — like a young person’s body. GenF20 HGH has a positive impact on diseases, like stomach and lung conditions or even high cholesterol and high blood sugar. It can also reinvigorates and supports female and male sexual organs to restore potency and pleasure. The supplement eliminates extra body fat in the abdomen and legs and improves skin texture and elasticity … and there’s more! HGH is also proven to:Increase energy levelsImprove cholesterol LevelImprove immune system strengthEqualize blood pressureStrengthen nails and hairGive your body super healing powerImprove cardiovascular and respiratory functionsDecrease body fatReduce wrinkles & age spotsRestore hair condition and colorImprove memoryElevate mood and improve sleepIncrease cardiac output and staminaImprove visionEnhances effects of exerciseIncreases bone densityLowers blood pressureThat’s a long list of claims, but clinical tests have shown these effects in adults ranging in age from 30 to 90. HGH is remarkably helpful for a whole category of age-related complaints.Once stimulated by the supplement, GenF20 HGH goes to work in the body delivering all the benefits detailed above. HGH - The true Story
Hghs (human growth hormones) were discovered as far back as the 1920's. It was in 1958 that a pioneering endocrinologist first injected hghs into a stunted child who produced no growth hormones at all. To everyone's amazement the child began to grow and soon many doctors were using it as a treatment for growth deficient youngsters. During this time hghs could only be obtained at a few drops from the cadavers of thousands of dead brains which were extracted from the pituitary gland. As more and more children began to be treated it became evident that there would soon not be enough. When three children developed mad cow disease which only affects one in 1 million people it was clear that this deadly virus had hitchhiked on the back of the human growth hormone molecule. The FDA ordered the drug to be halted and by 1991 seven children had developed mad cow disease out of the 5000 that had received treatment. This meant that the drug had to be synthesized from scratch which would be a monumental and very difficult task because it is a very large molecule made up of 191 amino acids. Since scientists were now able to do gene splicing they could clone the proteins that makeup of the human body. This meant that they would have to be able to identify the exact sequences of the DNA for this very large protein. Once this protein was cloned the e coli bacterium found in the human gut could be harnessed to churn out an endless supply of this drug. The company by the name of Genentech managed to accomplish this great feat in 1985 with great celebration and press release. There celebration was short lived because their drug which they named ProTrophin was one amino acid short of the 191 amino acids in the human counterpart. This allowed another company to get around the patent. A company by the name of Eli Lilly succeeded in synthetically making human growth hormone with the full 191 amino acids that was a hundred percent identical physically, chemically and biologically to the one made by a the human pituitary gland. This means there's no worry of side effects due to a hormone that is not identical to the human body but only mimics its behavior as so many other kinds of synthetic hormones today do. The only danger of side effects from human growth hormone lies in the administration of it when it is done by direct needle injection in which case one can administer too much which can bring on over growth of bone and breast like features in men. The injected hghs is illegal unless done by the administration of a doctor. Besides needle injected Hgh, there are two other types of human growth hormone therapy that are safe and legal in the United States and other countries. Secretagogue Human growth hormone therapy consists of the certain amino acid that are able to penetrate the blood brain barrier to hours after or one hour before a meal. This sets off a complex series of reactions that stimulates the pituitary gland to produce more human growth hormone that stimulates the liver to produce insulin growth factor one and thus have its desired effect. The problem with Secretagogues or what are known as amino stacks is that they do not increase insulin growth factor one as high as needle injected human growth hormone or homeopathic human growth hormone. The highest that I have seen is an increase in IGF-1 of around 105. In fact, Howard Turney, the father of growth hormone, said, " my wife and I had been using a homeopathic human growth hormone. . . for some time now. . . And we are receiving the benefits we previously experienced with the in injectable form of HGH and at a greatly reduced price. hgh
